Items ordered and paid for will be dispatched within 48 Hours (Courier don’t do collections and delivery’s on Weekend and public holidays). We only use Door to Door courier services. Items can be returned within a 7-day period from the day it was received for a full refund, only If the product is faulty. After 7 days of receiving the goods and the item becomes faulty, the customer will need to send the faulty item back to us and pay for any shipping costs for both sending and receiving the item.
